Belle ArtStart is back for a fourth year and they're looking for Australia’s next wave of creative talent. Open to emerging painters aged 16-25 years, the major prize is $10,000, 2nd prize $5000 and 3rd prize $2500, as well as exposure at the ArtStart Melbourne event, where all submissions will be exhibited and available for sale.
