Feeling stressed, burned-out or just in need of a midday pick-me-up to improve your energy and focus? Cue Mindful Mondays!

These free, virtual 30-minute lunchtime sessions are held once a month throughout 2020 to teach simple, practical techniques to reduce anxiety, increase focus and improve overall wellbeing, based on neuroscience.
