Join Shauna from Karuna Yoga for this free, one-hour workshop, beginning with a gentle yoga practice and concluding with a deep, guided meditation.

Learn some simple meditation and breathing (pranayama) techniques during the extended savasana that you can introduce into your daily routine. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
