Hailing form central Australia, artists from Warlukurlangu art centre are known for painting gloriously coloured artworks. Contemporary depictions of country, animals and law help share elements of Walpiri culture. Warlukurlangu means ‘belonging to fire’ in Walpiri, and is named after a fire dreaming site near Yuendumu, in the Tanami Desert.
