2021 Battle of the School Bands

Established in 2009, NT Music School's Battle of the School Bands is a band competition for Northern Territory schools, giving young musicians and singers the chance to showcase their talents. The chance to perform is an experience in itself, but the cherry on the cake sees the winners play alongside big name acts at the annual BASSINTHEGRASS Music Festival.

Battle of the School Bands is open to students (Years 7-12) enrolled in government and non-government schools. Students can enter as a soloist, duo or band. If you're a music fan, head alond to the Final at the Railway Club, and be in awe of young Territory talent.
