Every year, more than 1000 students perform in The Beat Festival – the NT Department of Education's annual performing arts showcase. The Beat has taken place every year since 1979, which means this year celebrates 40 years – what a milestone!
This large-scale, combined-schools production, coordinated by the NT Music School and The Beat Foundation, showcases the high quality work of NT schools.
