Description
Established in 2009, NT Music School's Battle of the School Bands is a band competition for Northern Territory schools, giving young musicians and singers the chance to showcase their talents. The chance to perform is an experience in itself, but the cherry on the cake sees the lucky winners get the chance to perform at an exciting gig held on Territory Day.
Battle of the School Bands is open to students (Years 7-12) enrolled in government and non-government schools. Students can enter as a soloist, duo or band. If you're a music fan, head along to the Final at the Railway Club, and be in awe of young Territory talent.
