Darwin artist Winsome Jobling has created a series of tiny encapsulated landscapes in her latest body of work Bluer by degrees. The three-dimensional dioramas are imagined scenes of a predicted future for our Top End environment. An ominous prediction that rising sea levels will soon overwhelm our low-level floodplains stretching from Port Keats to far eastern Arnhem Land, permanently causing the loss of entire freshwater ecosystems.
