Cecily Willis - Shadow and Light

A new exhibition by outstanding ceramicist Cecily Willis. Cecily is a leading ceramicist, whose exceptional skill enables her to create endless new forms and glazes. The works in this exhibition were created with a raku or stoneware clay. During the raku reduction process, smoke from the burning material impregnates the clay surface resulting in mercurial impressions of shadow and light. Cecily's works are collected the world over.
