Darwin Symphony Orchestra Wavelengths

Ripple Effect Band is an all-female rock band from Maningrida that sings in four different Aboriginal languages, as well as English. For this special event, they've collaborated with emerging Australian composer Alex Turley to produce an innovative cross-cultural performance that pushes musical boundaries and expectations.

This exciting premiere is followed by a performance of Mozart’s exquisite Sinfonia Concertante and Tchaikovsky’s rousing Symphony No. 5.
