A psychedelic animated journey of magic realism. Where Is Anne Frank follows the story of modern day Kitty, the imaginary friend to whom Anne Frank composed her diary. Searching for and following in Anne’s footsteps, Kitty becomes a witness to the Frank family’s last months in the Holocaust, and Europe after the Second World War. Confronted with the challenges of the present day, she gains worldwide attention and interacts with undocumented migrants in this adventurous tale.
