Eddie Janama Kitching

Local Darwin born and raised Mudburra Gurindji/Larrakia man Eddie comes from a large family of eight sisters and two brothers, he and his family members part of the stolen generation. Learning from his grandmother's and grandfather's Country has been a lifelong journey for Eddie, one that has been integral to his creative practice. Eddie uses a particular layering technique that brings a strong and bold finish to his artwork.
