Learn how to prepare a range of appetisers and salads with your brand new knife skills! This introductory workshop also covers the basics of food safety, so you can make sure your guests don’t remember your food for all the wrong reasons. This small group, hands-on workshop provides participants with basic, but useful, cookery skills that can be added to their resume. This is a non-accredited course for ages 15-25.
