Horizons by Alan Ogrin

As Alan Ogrin gazed across to the Darwin horizon from his 12th floor Parap apartment, taking in the amazing sunrises and sunsets, he was transported back to his home in Ireland, thousands of kilometres away and in the other earthly hemisphere. Inspired by the beautiful Botanical Gardens, iconic Northern Territory thunderstorms, and the sumptuous view of Pee Wee’s Restaurant at East Point, he found himself trying to capture those scenic views on canvas. This beautiful exhibition is the result.
