Intro to hand building techniques with Bonnie Hislop

Be guided through the fundamentals of hand building ceramics to create functional and sculptural wares.

Participants will aim towards 1 -3 works which may take the form of planter pots, mugs, plates, vases or sculptural pieces.

Techniques introduced are pinch pot, slab work, coiling and surface decoration.

This is a beginners/refresher course, and can be done by itself to create unglazed peices, or as part of the full weekend!
