The Janama Collection: New works by Eddie Kitching

This new body of work by Darwin-based artist Eddie Janama Kitching explores the Songlines of his grandmother’s Country.

Through innovative and contemporary forms, Kitching tells the story of the wampana (agile wallaby) and kununarra – ngar na (brolga). Songlines that traverse the landscapes of Walu Jara Jara (also known as Cattle Creek).
