Be a winemaker for an evening with Josef Chromy's famous Art of Sparkling Experience, delivered in the ambient surrounds of Hilton Darwin via Zoom. In this sumptuous culinary experience, the art of making sparkling wine is explained, with plenty of delicious tastings along the way. Guests are taken through the sparkling wine making process, and can then undertake their own liqueur d'expedition dosage trials to craft three different glasses of sparkling to their taste.
