Mayali Mulil Festival

Mayali Mulil Festival at Murdudjurl Community, Patonga Homestead, offers a real cultural experience set in nature with traditional song and dance. Headlining the event is Black Rock Band. Exciting activities include workshops in pandanus weaving, bark painting, didj making, clapstick making, spear throwing, plucka goose. Other activities include walks and talks, fishing, and a songwriting workshop with the legendary Shellie Morris. There's also the opportunity to learn traditional dancing, plus two sunset concerts and a bush tucker experience.
