Nordic merriment abounds at the Mega Annual Viking Funeral and the tribute Burning of the Boat attracts hordes from all around. There's costume competitions, extra bars, food stalls and seating, face painting, Viking merch tent and a great atmosphere. With performances from the Darwin Pipe Band and Top End Bowhunters plus local rockers the Johnny Rood Band provide the tunes until late. Don't miss it!
