Mums & Bubs Bellydance Classes

Mums and their bubs are invited to this fun class. Bellydance gently strengthens and tones core muscles that can be weakened in pregnancy. Bubs can be worn or enjoy some mat time, while mum learns some fun bellydance moves to help return to pre-baby fitness.

This is a relaxed, friendly class, that allows you to participate and tend to your bub as needs arise.
