After two, long hard years of false starts, virtual ceremonies, zoom calls and patchy service, one of Australia’s most important music events returns to Darwin, in person. The National Indigenous Music Awards (NIMAs) welcome back the broader Australian music community to the picturesque home of the Larrakia people, for a night honouring the achievements and diversity of Indigenous music.
