NT Calisthenics presents this epic showcase weekend at Darwin Entertainment Centre. Calisthenics is a competitive sport where teams compete across six disciplines – rod exercises, club swinging, figure marching, aesthetics, free arm exercise as well as dance items.
On Friday evening, Soloists compete for the Graceful, Solo and Duo Championships. On Saturday, teams present their teamwork with reduced items in a more relaxed atmosphere.
