NT Writers Festival 2020 Opening

The NT Writers' Festival kicks off four days of exciting events with a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony by Larrakia Elder, Bilawara Lee and family. Festivities continue with a selection of readings by visiting and local writers, including the Gay’wu Group of Women, Mirandi Riwoe and more.

The theme of the 2020 program is Gunamidirra garawa birditj – Larrakia for When the tides turn.
