Remedial Massage Course

Assist with movement, and improve relaxation and pain management through remedial massage. A qualified instructor teaches participants about aching muscles, basic muscle groups, soft tissue massage and dry massage, as well as massage with various oils. This is a hands-on class and couples can practice the techniques on each other. Couples may also include close friends, family members or anyone you are comfortable being hands-on with, so you may share in the experience with someone close to you.
