Sanctuary by Susan Penfold

The paintings in Sanctuary are a representation of the life that artist Susan Penfold has built in Darwin. Good friends, a home that visitors have called a sanctuary, glorious comfy red chairs and waterlilies, and the home's surroundings – the trees, the sea, and the amazing sky. Having won the Seabreeze Festival Jetty Art Prize in 2020, this is Susan's first exhibition. She has lived in Darwin for the last 16 years.
