Screening: A Changing Race

The ABC documentary “A Changing Race” was filmed in and around Alice Springs in the lead up to the 1967 Referendum to give viewers across Australia insight into the lives of Aboriginal people in the nation’s Red Centre. 56 years after the referendum, our nation is considering a second referendum that will give them a stronger Voice.

The screening is followed by a Q&A with a panel of treasured elders and emerging leaders from our Alice Springs community.
