Taste The Territory

The inaugral Territory Taste Festival kicks off this month to showcase the quality and diversity of food across the Territory.

Held over two days, Territory foodies can expect a quality display of food made fresh with local produce, which highlights the multicultural diversity of the region.

Festival-goers can enjoy cooking demonstrations from experienced chefs, cooking master classes, a wine bar, cocktail lounge and a beer garden serving up boutique beers and ciders that’s big enough to fit 400 people. Add to the mix live entertainment and kid’s activities at the Darwin Waterfront for one delicious weekend of family fun.

Tickets include a commemorative wine glass and entry to the Food Experience Holiday competition, which includes a holiday to Vietnam for two with cooking classes at the world-renowned Red Bridge Cooking School and a tour of the ancient city of Hoi An.

With all of the action happening in the air-conditioned comfort of the Darwin Convention Centre, it’s sure to be one cool weekend for Territory foodies. Delish!
