Young Voices of Melbourne – Top End Tour

One of Australia’s finest youth choirs – Young Voices of Melbourne – visits the Top End this month on its second tour to the Northern Territory. Conducted by Mark O’Leary, this performance features the magical music of leading hammered dulcimer player and composer Malcolm Dalglish. Don’t know what a hammered dulcimer is? Luckily, Dalglish will be travelling with the choir – providing  the perfect chance to find out. Also featuring in this special performance are two choirs of our own – Darwin Youth Choir, an auditioned ensemble for young singers between 10 and 18 years of age (new members welcome!), and the Northern Territory Music School’s Pure Note Choir, both conducted by Nora Lewis. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to hear some of the best young voices in the country.
